Different
Scary
Seems huge
Different people
Feels alone when you get there
Feel startled
New place
Need to make friends
Feels different
Want to leave
Want to go back to Waupaca
People move on
Get used to new people
Find awesome new friends
Have fun relaxing
Pewaukee seems better now
Still miss Waupaca

    It seems hard to make new friends and get used to everything. I remember when my parents got divorced and my mom moved it was really hard to get used to the subdivision.....I can't imagine getting used to a whole city!

    there is nothing wrong about pewaukee but otherwise it was a great poem

    No offense but you just seem fine. You seem to have everything you could want. Pewaukee is fine. There is nothing wrong with it, it may be big to you. But it really isn't. You must just seem so small. Your old town most have been fun... just don't forget it.

    It is a really good poem.....and I would agree totally and completely with it because that is really similar to the way I felt when I first moved to Pewaukee, and now it would be hard to ever have to leave.

    This was a really good poem. It showed how much you loved your old town and how you were not that excited about moving here. But, pewaukee is way better than you thought.....
